Q: How did Anointed Jewelry by Dawn J. begin?
A: I use to travel with a gospel group during the winter months and in 2010 I did not go. So, I simply asked God what should I be doing instead. He replied, "Plant seeds towards what I have already given you." I sat and my gift of jewelry designing came to mind so, I did what He said. I began to plan,purchase supplies and design the look of the company.
Q: Where did you have your first event?
A: God blessed me to meet a lady who began purchasing my product and she introduced me to a well respected gentlemen by the
name Mark Anthony. He had another store in St. Louis during the eighties where my family and I purchased fine jewelry. He is man of God, a prolific business man with fashion roots world-wide. Mark Anthony allowed me to be at his store called, AWEAR in Saint Louis Mills Mall. He has several stores and I also had a Trunk Show as well. I was there for a few weeks and decided to go in a new direction. I am forever grateful for the love Mark Anthony and his associates have shown me.

Q:Where did the new direction take your company?
A: For a few weeks I was in hiatus. I sought the Lord because He gave me the vision in the first place. Some people exist by their own will...my will for this company is to glorify Him and honor the gift He gave me. In January 2011 I reached out to several places in St. Louis area where I could display my jewelry and was selected by a shop called Rung in Rock Hill, Missouri. (Read the press attached). I had a six month contract with Rung. They featured me in an article and one of my pieces was worn in their anniversary celebration/fashion show. Recently, I saw one of my necklaces in am local social magazine and I simply said, "Thank you, Jesus...Hem keeps doing great things for m me." The staff at Rung were like family and I learned am lot. To Mallarie, Ali, Will and the others thank you for allowing me to flourish and be who God allowed me to be.

Q: So what is in store for Anointed Jewelry by Dawn J.?
A: Well, God has the company in different direction again and season. We are in travel mode now. We do a lot of vendor events conferences and exclusivity parties.m (Check our itinerary on the Anointed Jewelry page.) We are networking and gaining new and faithful customers. With this new season I am learning the business aspect which is key to survive.
Q: What is next?
A: God only knows...I have more products coming out with our men's cuff link line:The Herbert Collection. I am talking to investor's and seeking God for something BIG to glorify Him in the future. I will in the near future do this full-time and by faith as He leads.
